How refunds work, before you pay.

Payment runs through Toss Payments, and you see the refund amount on screen before you confirm a request.

  • Before the first class, a full refund. If teaching has not started, you get back everything you paid, whenever you paid it.
  • After it, the statutory schedule. Under Table 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Private Teaching Institutes Act, the refund follows the share of time that has passed. Courses longer than a month are split into 30-day blocks, and blocks not yet started are refunded in full.
  • Refunds go back to how you paid. Once a refund is approved we ask Toss Payments for it within 3 business days, back to the card or account you paid with.

Overall, after a year stuck

Before: Going from 6.0 to 7.0 isn't about studying harder. It's about knowing the scoring criteria exactly and training to it, and figuring that out alone was my limit.

After: After floundering on my own for a year, I finally reached 7.5. For areas you can't score yourself, like writing and speaking, there's no breaking the plateau without someone pointing things out every day.

When does a course start?
Live courses start with each cohort's first class on a set date, and classes usually meet on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Enrollment closes before the first class; each cohort's start date and class times show in the tuition card above. IELTS VOD courses open a new cohort every week, and you can join until Wednesday of the week it starts.
Can I enroll for the first month only?
The Band-Up Course (live and VOD) and English Fundamentals on VOD can be bought for the first month (weeks 1 to 4) first. From 14 days before week 5 starts until 7 days after, your dashboard offers the remaining four weeks. The PTE 70+ Master Class is sold as the full 4 weeks.
How do I ask for a refund?
Request it from the payment history on your dashboard; before you confirm, you see the amount and how it was worked out. A cancellation before the course starts and within 7 days of paying is processed at once; any other request is checked by our team within 3 business days. Cases our team handles, such as bank-transfer payments or a first-month refund after the course starts, are set out in the refund policy.
Can I switch courses after enrolling?
Before the course starts, take a full refund and enroll in the course you want. After it starts, write to us on KakaoTalk and we will tell you what the class schedule allows.
What if my payment fails?
If a payment does not complete, nothing is charged. You usually land back on that course's payment screen and can try again there.
